Pad Printing Assistant - Randolph N.J

As a Pad Printing Assistant, you will work in our printing department. This role is responsible for performing duties related to the logo printing process which involves working with specialized chemicals, paints and solvents to machine stamp pre-designed logos on a variety of consumer products.

Working Conditions:

  • This position works Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, during normal business hours

  • This position requires an ability to: safely operate machinery, perform repetitive work, lift at a medium level, have adequate finger dexterity and ability to work with chemicals which can create fumes

Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Process orders
  • Stage orders in preparation
  • Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high-quality, accurate prints.
  • Inspect spelling
  • Verify counts and decoration locations
  • Enter data into production logs.
  • Help in finishing and other areas when needed and when time allows.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Continuous standing, sitting, walking for 8-10 hours per day.

Shipper/ Receiver - Randolph N.J

Receivers are responsible for general shipper & receiving duties including, but not limited to:

  • Unload delivery trucks
  • Receive stock
  • Replenish and movement of stock within Warehouse
  • Pack and ship products
  • Understand UPS and Federal Express shipping processes.
  • Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event date.
  • Create shipping labels
  • Pack and ship freight Pallets

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in Warehouse or Receiving work would be an asset
  • Forklift operator experience would be an asset
  • Ability to identify priorities and work within deadlines
  • This position requires: lifting/carrying duties at medium level (frequent) to heavy level (occasional), prolonged standing and walking, repetitive work, attention to detail, manual dexterity, ability to work in dusty environment and fluctuating temperatures

Customer Service Representative - Randolph N.J

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service they’ve ever had!

You’ll be assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, providing product suggestions, detailed information, product samples, pricing and quotes, and coordinating guaranteed on-time delivery. You’ll also gather any imprint information from our customers and create clear instructions for our art team, so they can produce the artwork necessary for memorable promotional products.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers who require more information prior to purchasing. This information includes but is not limited to; product/art advice, samples, pricing information (quotations) and product research requests.
  • Place follow-up calls with customers when clarification of orders and/or samples is needed.
  • Provide clear and timely artwork instructions for the art team to be sure the customer’s imprint is as requested.
  • Return e-mails and voicemails in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Ensure all orders are processed in order to meet customer’s specific timelines.
  • Accurately enter customer purchasing information on a PC-based order processing system.
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and internal customers regarding samples, order status, and resolution of problems.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and goals.
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Jr. Graphic Designer - Randolph NJ

Position Summary:

Do you have an eye for detail? Do you have a strong background in graphic design with at least 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience? If so, this might be the right fit for you! We currently looking for an experienced, passionate, skilled, and highly motivated Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Creating onsite web images and previews using Photoshop and internal software.
  • Working with production team to ensure artwork is reproduced accurately and correctly
  • Utilizing Photoshop to warp and digitally image vector designs onto existing product photography
  • Design and development of regular email newsletters. Experience with HTML required.
  • Conceptualize and bring to fruition new product and design ideas
  • Creating concepts and layouts with eye-catching graphics for web & print
  • Ensuring the brand image is conveyed consistently in marketing materials and campaigns
  • Image correction and supervision of the work from product photographers as needed
  • Responsible for reformatting existing designs to fit on a variety of our available products

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in graphic design or other design related degree required
  • 2+ Years experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • 2+ Years Professional Graphic Design Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong Background with Adobe Illustrator is a must
  • Organized with a passion for detail and style
  • Excels at effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated
